Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) education equips students with skills vital to their future. Along with our whole school Robotics program, all students have access to modern computer facilities and iPads from Reception to Year 7. Computer programs are used to reinforce classroom learning in engaging ways at the same time as learning the fundamentals of how to navigate computer technology.

Students develop skills in:

  • touch typing
  • computer drawing
  • word processing, spread sheets and PowerPoint
  • computer animation
  • music production
  • coding

Students have the opportunity to enter the Oliphant Science Awards each year. The awards encourage students to explore scientific issues and concepts in creative ways.
